Seeplaas offers twelve luxury guest rooms with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean to the South, and the Outeniqua mountains to the North.
The Seeplaas rooms have all been designed to complement the natural surroundings, whilst providing the luxury comforts every modern traveller’s needs. Seeplaas is the perfect hideaway that balances the beauty of the Garden Route with the modern indulgences of stylish living, as well as added-on luxuries such as private courtyards, deck tanning sun-beds, viewing decks, fast and free Wi-Fi, romantic outdoor showers, wall heaters, heated towel rails and DSTV.
Ocean View Rooms 1 – 3
The Ocean 1, Ocean 2 and Ocean 3 rooms each have a deluxe king-size bed (or two single beds), as well as an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath that is the perfect setting for bubbles and champagne. Ocean 1 and Ocean 2 also offer a rustic outdoor shower to the more adventurous.
With private entrances and an outdoor seating area for relaxing and socialising, the spaces include a tanning deck to soak up the sun, laze around with refreshing cocktails and enjoy a sunset braai using our communal braai facilities.
Ocean View Room 4
Hues of aqua, blue and turquoise will greet visitors who walk through the Mountain 2 room’s door, thanks to the stunning sea view that is complemented by the airy and tranquil design décor. This room combines luxury furnishings with a laidback feel that exudes a sense of calm.
The luxurious king size bed (or two single beds), en-suite bathroom with shower, and private courtyard and entrance will ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Premium Bubble Tent
The first and only bubble tent looking out onto the Indian ocean in South-Africa. This is an experience you cannot find anywhere else. A romantic getaway that offers the moon, stars and a full ocean view.
This is perfect for a couple looking to break away and find some quality time together. Sit and enjoy a private majestic sunset or sunrise with your loved one. Then go and relax on your king-size bed while looking at the stars from the comfort of your own bed.

Mountain View Rooms 1 & 2
Rich, green forests, indigenous mountain fynbos and wild proteas. Nature at its finest.
In Mountain View Rooms 1 & 2, you will enjoy views of the Outeniqua Mountains, which gently slopes towards the coastline in the South and creates a beautiful barrier to the Klein Karoo in the North.
With a double bed, private entrances and intimate private courtyards, these rooms are the perfect hideaway holiday spot for couples to spend quality time together.
They offer en-suite bathrooms with a shower only.
